The Lake Forest Swim Team Co-Chairs are Rick Stecher and Pam Zeiger. Rick can be contacted at lrheels2@aol.com and Pam can be contacted at Pamzeiger@gmail.com. The Dive Team Chair is Sharon Monsour and she can be contacted at 502-245-7029. Eligible swimmers are ages 5-17, and capable of swimming the length of the pool. ALL swimmers are welcome, regardless of skill level. Fee is $90, due at time of registration. There are approximately five meets during the summer, with qualifications and championships the middle of July.
